My key is broken, not working, or lost. How can I replace it?

Under warranty (within 12 months of purchase, no physical damage)
If your key was purchased less than 12 months ago and has no mechanical damage, you may request a warranty replacement.

Send the key to the dealer who purchased the key for verification and replacement

Out of warranty or the key is lost/stolen/damaged
If the key is physically damaged, lost, or stolen, or more than 12 months have passed since purchase, please do the following:

  1. Purchase a new hardware key - 40€.

  2. Pay for license transfer from the old key:

    • 100€ for a Master key

    • 50€ for a Slave key

You do not need to send the old key - it will be blocked automatically.
