How to link a Slave key to another Master key

1. Who can manage the license

The right to transfer a Slave license from one key to another - including linking it to a different Master key - belongs only to the person who purchased the Slave license (either directly or through an authorized dealer).

2. Proof of ownership

If there are any questions or disputes, you must provide proof of purchase - either a receipt or the transaction number from the purchase made on our website or through a dealer.

3. Transfer cost

Transferring a Slave license to a new hardware key, according to clause 8.14 of the public offer agreement, includes:

• the cost of a new hardware key (30€)

• the transfer fee (50€)

Linking a Slave license to another Master key also requires a transfer fee of 50€.

4. Relations between Master and Slave users
   

BitSoftware F.Z.C.does not participate in or regulate any internal agreements between the Master and Slave users. All matters and arrangements within your group must be resolved independently.
