Support Request Guidelines

To help us respond quickly and accurately, please provide the following:

  1. Detailed description of the issue:

    • Actions taken before the error occurred

    • Steps that led to the problem

    • Any error messages or unusual behavior observed

    • Screenshots or video, if possible

  2. ECU / Software logs:

    • BitBox logs (ID, Read, Write, errors)

    • Logs are located in:

C:\Users\%YOUR_USER%\AppData\Local\BitBox\Logs
  • You can also save logs via right-click → Save LOG file as or the Logs button in BitBox.

  1. Vehicle information:

    • Make, model, year

    • Engine type, displacement, modification

    • Any other relevant details

  2. ECU photo:

    • Clear photo of the ECU label to verify the exact model and version

  3. Files for review:

    • Attach the original file and modified file if you are attempting to write.

    • If the issue is with a map pack, attach the corresponding map pack file.

Tip: If multiple files are involved, compress them into a single archive. If the archive exceeds 20 MB, use a cloud service (Google Drive, Dropbox, Yandex.Disk) and provide a download link.
