Where are the log files for support?

Log files are saved in the folder:

C:\Users\%YOUR_USER%\AppData\Local\BitBox\Logs

Where %YOUR_USER% is your Windows account name.

Note: This folder may be hidden, so make it visible if necessary.

You can also:

  1. Right-click the log window in BitBox and select “Save LOG file as” to save the file in a convenient location.

  2. Open the log folder directly via BitBox by clicking the Logs button in the program interface.
